For more than 30 years, the Real Estate School of Nevada has built careers and changed lives. We offer Las Vegas’ choice for pre-licensing, post-licensing and continuing education courses. Our flexible real estate courses are designed to fit any schedule. We offer live and online instruction options.

Pre-License (PRE) – Sign Up Now

These courses are for individuals interested in a new career. The program is a 90-hour correspondence program with 30-hours of live instruction. The courses can be completed in just 10 days with classes in the morning from 9:00am – 12:00pm and in the evening from 6:00p – 9:00pm. The online content includes digital material which can be accessed on your smartphone, tablet or PC, whenever and wherever you like.

Post-License (POST) – Sign Up Now

Once you are a licensed real estate salesperson or broker, we provide the education courses that are required within your first year of licensure. These courses provide a more in-depth instruction on the roles and responsibilities of the real estate professional and the expectations of the Real Estate Division in Nevada. These courses are required to be live sessions.

Continuing Education (CE) – Sign Up Now

Continuing education courses are required for licensed professionals in the state holding licenses longer than 1 year. We offer courses online and live instruction at our school and throughout the valley. These courses are requirements to develop in the progression. Our courses are approved by the Real Estate Division in Nevada and are offered with seasoned instructors with years of experience and passion for teaching. These courses help students stay abreast of changes and trends in the marketplace.
